Whether it’s comic books, graphic design, conceptual design or 3d design we strive to bring out the best possible products. Headed up by Jacob Elijah, Shadow Tactics was formed in 1996 by Jacob Elijah and Noel Jacob with the release of an independent collection series “Neo Voodoo Industries”. Currently Jacob Elijah has just finished up the first ST worldwide release of Ghost Spy: Toxin under Image Comics. This is only the beginning... Watch the shadows.
